Why I do this work
I grew up navigating schools, workplaces, and systems that weren't built for people like me.
Living with partial vision taught me early that talent is everywhere - but opportunity isn't.
Instead of trying to fit into broken systems, I decided to build better ones.
Over the last 12+ years, I've worked with governments, universities, employers, and
communities to design inclusive hiring and accessibility-first systems that actually work.
